Tree Services Include:
- Tree Removal - Specializing is Small and Medium size trees, NorthShire Landscaping can remove all types of trees and shrubs. We do not use cranes in our operations, but if a tree is in a tough to reach or dangerous place, we climb and carefully remove branches one at a time. This is a full year service that we especially offer during times of emergency such as wind and ice storms.
- Precision Tree Branch Pruning - We have the knowledge and ability to climb all types of trees allowing us to prune branches that are otherwise impossible to reach. Pruning large trees has many benefits including safety, tree health, and cost savings (versus removing the whole tree).
- Brush Removal - Whether you have a pile of brush that you need removed or a bunch of small trees and saplings that need to be clear cut, NorthShire Landscaping will have a solution to fit your needs.
- Chipping - We remove and recycle all brush and branches from your property through the use of our 12" chipper.
Shrub Services Include:
- Shrub Care and Maintenance - Shrubs are part of every landscape, but shrubs that are properly cared for can enhance curb appeal and increase property value. Properly caring for plants, shrubs, and trees allows them to grow and prosper for years to come.
- Pruning - Knowing when and how to prune shrubs is key to their health. All shrubs are different and need to be cared for on an individual basis. We are to prune most shrubs found in the northeast by using techniques such as: thinning, gradual renewal, corrective pruning, and hedge trimming.
- Winterization - Although most shrubs are generally resilient, harsh winters in the northeast can be harmful to all types of shrubs. There are many different types of shelters and wraps that can be used to protect your shrubs as best as possible from the heavy snow, wind, and ice.
- Installation - We offer shrub and small tree installations as well. Whether you are adding a tree or shrub to an existing bed or making a new one, NorthShire Landscaping can do that as well. We also offer a warranty on all of our new shrub and tree installations.
- Transplanting - Moving trees and shrubs around your property is tricky but can be accomplished. The best time to do this, however, is in the spring and fall; the general rule of thumb is before Memorial Day and after Labor Day due to the cooler weather and shorter days. No warranty or guarantee is offered for this service.
