Irrigation Warranty Information:

Products: We use K-Rain products when installing and repairing irrigation systems and follow the manufacturer's warranty for all new products installed:

All K-Rain gear drive rotors carry a five year “Limited Warranty” from the date of purchase.

All other K-Rain products carry a two year “Limited Warranty” from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. During this period K-Rain will repair or replace (at K-Rain’s option) the product or any part if the product is found to be defective as to workmanship or material.

This warranty does not extend to damage to a K-Rain product resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, or accident, to exterior appearance or color or due to improper installation. Various products may carry a longer warranty time period; check individual product specification sheets for warranty period.

IN NO EVENT SHALL K-RAIN BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO TWO YEARS FOLLOWING DATE OF PURCHASE UNLESS INDICATED OTHERWISE.

Service: Upon the event that the manufacturer's warranty deems valid, NorthShire Landscaping will provide replacement service for that product for the life of the stated manufacturer's warranty and the following conditions:

Only NorthShire Landscaping has done the Spring Startups and Fall Winterizations on the system specified.

No other individual tampers with the system in any way, shape, or form.

Warranty is transferrable and will continue to apply based on the state conditions above.

Shrub and Tree Installation Warranty Information:

There is no implicit warranty associated with any new Shrub or Tree installation.

We offer up to a 3 year, full replacement, limited warranty, on all new Shrub and Tree installations from the date of installation, prices vary. Warranty conditions are as follows:

NorthShire Landscaping will remove and replace dead or dying shrub/tree within stated warranty timeframe. This warranty does not extend to damage exerted by stated shrub/tree onto anything or anyone else. This warranty does not extend to damage on stated shrub/tree resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident, or natural disaster. This warranty does not cover damage imposed by parties other than NorthShire Landscaping. This warranty is transferrable if stated conditions are followed by new party or parties.

New Lawn Installation Warranty Information:


NorthShire Landscaping guarantees 100% new grass growth from new lawn installations and will replant, re-seed, or re-sod until the customer is satisfied.

This warranty covers both small and large areas of newly seeded grass and/or sod for the year expiring on December 31st of the year of work completed.

This warranty does not cover any damage, undergrowth, or bare spots on stated area of new lawn resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident, or natural disaster. This warranty does not cover damage imposed by parties other than NorthShire Landscaping. This warranty is not transferrable.

This warranty is only valid on projects where new loam is brought in and spread throughout stated area,
